Adetoro Sunday Adeola, popularly known as Sean, is a graduate of Educational Technology from Tai Solarin University of Education, Ijagun, Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, now Tai Solarin Federal University of Education. He was born and raised in Idere, Ibarapa Central Local Government Area of Oyo State.
He is a distinguished recipient of the New Horizon Award, presented in collaboration with What Your Heart Says, after emerging first place in the English category of their literary competition. This achievement reflects his strong rhetorical skill, linguistic competence, and creative excellence.
In 2025, he published his first book titled Inside NYSC: I Saw Beyond the Seer, a reflective and insightful literary work that blends wit, personal experience, and philosophical reflection. The book captures the essence of his National Youth Service Corps year with honesty, depth, and emotional clarity.
Sunday has held several leadership and media-related positions, including:
- President, Education CDS, Warri South, Delta State (November 2024 to March 2025)
- Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the FIBSA President (June 2024 to April 2025)
- Electoral Vice Chairman, Educational Media and Technology Students’ Association of Nigeria, TASUED Chapter, now TASFUED (2024 to January 2025)
- Senate President, FIDSU (2023 to 2024)
- Assistant General Secretary, Educational Media and Technology Students’ Association of Nigeria, EMTSAN, TASUED Chapter, now TASFUED (2021)
He also represented Educational Technology as a member of parliament twice and contested for the position of Speaker during his third term at the College of Specialized and Professional Educational Students Association (COSPEDSA), TASUED, now TASFUED.
Beyond his personal achievements, he played a key mentoring role in the success of Peace Oladosu, who emerged first in Ibarapa Central and Ibarapa North in the One-Day Representative programme. He provided guidance and editorial support for the essay submitted by the young scholar.
Through his writing, mentorship, and public communication, he has positively influenced many lives, using words as tools for growth, opportunity, and transformation.
